Headai’s Founder and Chairman Harri Ketamo describes the skills mismatch and the ecosystem:
No actor speaks the same language. Our algorithm interprets the texts of the parties and creates a modeling that serves everyone. It is an ecosystem that needs data compatibility in order to function. Every piece is essential: individuals want to advance in their careers, companies need skilled workforce and training providers create new transferrable skills. The core, maximizing competence, is not solved in silos.
