Headai Ltd. is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all the Headai websites, videogames, mobile applications, data services, online store or other services (“Services”) or otherwise contact us online. Headai uses this personal information to: provide you the products or Services you have requested; create your user profile; to send you information about our products or Services and your registration; when you agree, to send you marketing information (“Marketing Register”); and to respond to your correspondence. Please note, that the applications and their features vary and the specific data collection needs of the applications are partially driven by their respective features. To the extent the data includes any personal data, we will comply with the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations, as complemented by this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and changes
This Privacy Policy may be modified as our business develops and external requirements such as the applicable legislation and regulations change. We will update this document identifying the effective date so that the revisions are easy to follow. We are always committed to respect your privacy, but we recommend periodically checking back here to stay up to date with the Privacy Policy.
3. When does Headai collect information?
Headai collects your personal information at different times when you interact with our Services, including when you buy our products, or otherwise contact us. Generally, personal information is collected when (a) you use a Service, (b) you create an Account, (c) you make a purchase within our Services, (d) you create user generated content, (e) you watch advertisements within our Services, (f) you sign up to a newsletter, (g) you contact Headai customer service and during technical support sessions, (h) you enter into a contest, (i) you chat with other users of the Services, (j) you wish to participate in a beta or otherwise download a patch or a demo and (k) you share or otherwise contribute to our social media channels and other community websites. Whatever the activity may be, we will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to fulfil your requests and our legitimate business objectives.
4. What we collect
By default we don’t collect any information or any identifiers that could anyhow reveal real identity of the user. If user decides to register then we may collect: (a) your name, to be able to create the visible name for your user account, (b) email address, Email address is your unique identifier and together with your password provides you with access to Headai Services. This information will then be associated with your account, so that you may identify yourself during future visits to each of the Services. We use email also for support communication and potentially for marketing purposes. Email address also helps us to prevent fraud and abuse.
5. Applications do not store passwords!
When the user logs in for the first time it actually happens by using Headai cloud service authentication directly through secure proprietary service. The password is not stored or even written with the application on the mobile device.
6. Tracking data
We don’t collect any tracking information except IP addresses. Headai keep tracks of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for safety and security reasons. An IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer every time you log on to the Internet. Headai web site (www.headai.com) uses publicly available commercial analytics applications.
7. Children under 13
Unless stated specifically to the contrary on the applicable Headai Service, Headai’s Services are intended for a general audience. Headai encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet. We will NOT knowingly collect, use or distribute personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from young children. Therefore, in order for children under 13 years old to register on any Service, we require that the child provides the email address, or other contact information, of a parent or guardian who will be contacted by Headai in order to inform, confirm, modify or refuse his or her child’s registration. Headai reserves the right to request written proof of the parent or guardian’s authorization at any time. Until the parent or guardian answered to Headai’s email pursuant to Headai’s instructions, the child’s use of the Services will be limited.
8. Will Headai contact you?
From time to time we may contact you via email related to support, advertising or promotional material, marketing or product information. We also use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, so we can constantly improve the Services we provide you and to better meet your needs. We will only send information that we think is beneficial to you. By using the applications and thus approving this Privacy Policy we consider having your acceptance also to such communication.
9. Will Headai sell your data?
Headai will not sell or share any individual data. We might share data that is not identifying the source, such as the amount of users of a specific application. We may share statistical averages within the applications to create benchmarking information, however, without ever identifying any individual sources.
10. Data deletion
If you stop using the application we will still store your name and email address. Currently we do not delete any data automatically. If you so wish we can remove your data manually and in such a case please contact us info@headai.com. Additionally we do not wish to spam or otherwise harass people not interested in the applications or our services and try to always include means to inform us in cases where our communication is no longer relevant.
11. What safeguards does Headai use to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. To protect your personal information, Headai maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided. We use robust security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and alteration.
